11/14/2013 Omaha to PROTEST Heartland Latino Conference

Dear Activists: Please join Nebraskans Advisory Group and Project Immigration/Nebraska Taxpayer’s for Freedom for a peaceful PROTEST against the annual Heartland Latino Leadership Conference.

We will meet Friday, November 15, 2013 from 1:30pm to 3:00pm at 10th & Cass St on the N.E. corner across from the Hilton Hotel.  Bring your sign or American Flag/signs and flags will be provided if you don’t have any.  The weather is expected to be good – about 57 degrees and partly cloudy.  Parking is by meter or parking lot.

This is a perfect time to oppose illegal immigration since this Conference is known to promote anti-white, anti-American rhetoric and offers methods of helping illegal aliens get around our laws to stay in this country illegally.  I know this personally from attending their conference in 2007/2008.

IF you can not join us, please consider MAKING PHONE CALLS to these Nebraska companies who sponsor this event with over $15,000 in donations each.  Let them know you do not appreciate their support of an event that promotes anti-white racism, anti-American hatred and assists those who break our immigration laws.  One org (Cox Communications) tried to tell me that this conference is not about immigration and I informed her that indeed it is and I know first hand from attending it in past years.  In addition to calling the sponsors, please call Marrs Magnet Middle School to request students NOT provide entertainment/performance at this event.

11/13/2013 Boehner promises NO Conference on AMNESTY!

The Washington Times today characterized Boehner’s important clarification to reporters this way:

Speaker John A. Boehner said Wednesday that House Republicans will not enter into negotiations with the Senate on that chamber’s massive immigration bill, effectively killing chances this year for a broad bill that would legalize illegal immigrants and rewrite the legal immigration system.

Mr. Boehner, Ohio Republican, said the House will operate on its own timetable and won’t be rushed by President Obama’s suggested year-end deadline or the looming 2014 elections — though he said he does still want to take some action on immigration.

“We’ve made it clear that we’re going to move on a common sense, step-by-step approach in terms of how we deal with immigration,” Mr. Boehner, Ohio Republican, told reporters Wednesday. “The idea that we’re going to take up a 1,300-page bill that no one had ever read, which is what the Senate did, is not going to happen in the House. And frankly, I’ll make clear we have no intention of ever going to conference on the Senate bill.”
